Foothills Housing Coalition is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe, decent and affordable housing to residents of Fauquier, Rappahannock, Culpeper, Orange and Madison Counties in Virginia.

In 2009, FHC was named one of the top 10 housing rehabilitation specialists in Virginia.
